Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using CodeWisdom Academy, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use

When using the platform, you agree not to:

• Share your account, or access another user's account without permission.
• Attempt to bypass quiz logic, tamper with progress data, or otherwise misrepresent your completion of a course.
• Probe, scan, or attack the platform's security, or attempt to disrupt the service for other users.
• Copy, redistribute, or resell course content without our written permission.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Course Content & Certificates

Lessons, quizzes, and course structures are provided for personal, non-commercial learning. Completion certificates are issued based on the progress and quiz results recorded on our servers, and each certificate has a unique ID that can be independently verified.

We may add, remove, or update lesson content, courses, or quizzes at any time to keep the curriculum accurate and current.

Intellectual Property

All course content, lesson text, code examples, graphics, and the CodeWisdom Academy name and logo are the property of Codverra or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use course content for your own learning, but may not republish, distribute, or use it commercially without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account that violates these Terms, misuses the platform, or poses a security risk to other users. You may stop using the platform, or request account deletion, at any time by contacting us.

Disclaimers

The platform and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. While we aim for accurate, up-to-date course material, we don't guarantee that content is error-free or that completing a course guarantees any particular outcome, job offer, or certification recognized outside of CodeWisdom Academy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeWisdom Academy and Codverra are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
